The Retreat is located high on a hill overlooking the magnificent Emu Bay, complete with lazy stretches of white beach sand and crystal clear water. This beautiful bay is ideal for beach combing and walks and is perfectly safe for swimming. A flourishing pristine wilderness abound with wildlife, a true paradise.

Program Outline

Once your plane arrives at KI airport, Sue & Austin will personally greet you and transfer you comfortably to The Retreat.

Upon Arrival to the retreat you are shown to your own private room, all of which feature a beautiful picture window overlooking the stunning bay.

Following this an assessment of your weight, height and body measurements will be taken as well as a blood pressure test. Then it's down to business.

A Typical Day at The Retreat (Detoxification Programme)

Your day starts 7.00a.m. and finishes 8.00p.m.
Water drinking, natural therapeutics' & skin brushing
Sunrise walk,
Yoga & Pilates class's and Charka cleansing,
Anatomy & Nutrition lectures,
Beach walk, wading & swimming,
Sauna, Lap Pool and Spa,
Reflexology and Massage,
Culinary lessons,
Regular rest periods, sun beds or lounge,
Sunset walk and meditation.
